Sangharetrett på KSL med Simharava og Gunaketu

Velkommen til sangharetrett - Welcome to sangha-retreat! This year we are fortunate to have Simharava visiting us from Berlin. A previous film-director, Simharava has turned her attention inwards, and upwards. Together with Gunaketu they will explore one of the most important symbols in buddhism: The lotus. In the poem “Four Gifts”, Sangharakshita begins: “I come to you with four gifts. The first gift is a lotus-flower. Do you understand?“

Do you? Do you want to? If so, join us on this retreat with focus on meditation - both the calming and integrating aspect and the insight aspect. With the usual lovely combination of short talks, meditations, discussions, free time - and work-time to get to know others who are interested in meditation and deeper meaning, this promises to be a wonderful weekend.
