The theme for the sangharetreat is the Spiritual community and the True individual and we will base our input on these two talks by Sangharakshita;
The meaning of spiritual community, given in 1975 and The Individual and the Spiritual Community, given in 1970. You can find both talks at thebuddhistcentre.com under Triratna online, Freebuddhistaudio. You do not have to listen to the talks.
How can we keep creating the spiritual community in our precious Oslo sangha, cultivating spiritual friendship, supporting each other to deepen our practice and become more and more true individuals, not only members of a positive group. That means moving from conformity to nonconformity, originality, spontaneity and freedom. We will have input, discussion in groups, meditation and rituals, and time to play, swim and enjoy out- and indoor life. The retreat will be led by Mahasraddha, Gunaketu and Muditadevi and talks will be given in English.
