Kvinneretrett på Skogly

Muditadevi and Dhiradevi, who lives in Berlin, invite you to a women's retreat with the theme "Spiritual friendship“. Spiritual friendship is a very central aspect in Triratna and is seen as an important part of our dharma practice. It gives us the opportunity to get to know ourselves better, when we interact with others, being mirrored, triggered and seen with all our different ways and mental states. It is a great way of being supported and inspired on the path,  being able to practice generosity towards your friends and have fun together. We will talk about what spiritual friendship is and why it is so much emphasized in Triratna.

We will explore this through talks, dialogue, exercises, meditation and reflection. There will be meditation in the mornings and rituals in the evening. The talks will be given in English.
